Much To Do
February has come to a close, and God has blessed us immensely. We finished up our trip to Florida and are now back in Georgia. We are excited to share with you what God has done for us through the month of February.
We started the month off with a big change of plans. We received a phone call a day before we were to leave from the family we were staying with for a week in Florida. They told us they had the flu, and it would not be wise to stay with them. We scrambled to find a place, but God worked and opened a door for us to have a house to ourselves for the duration of our trip. What a blessing to not have to move from home to home for three weeks!
Once down there we were immediately busy. From meeting pastors, individuals, friends, and church meetings, we had almost every day and evening filled. We would visit with someone for lunch, go home and rest, and then go back out to meet someone else. It was a blessing, but it was also exhausting.
Through our meetings we picked up six new supporters bringing the number we need below 30! We still have much to do, but please pray for us, and if you are not a partner with us, please pray about joining us in our ministry to further God’s kingdom. We have are ready to return, but need the support so we can finish what God has given us to do.
We are now back in Georgia and resting. We have been fighting sickness (like everyone else) and that has slowed us down a bit. Please pray for healing in our family. It seems sickness and injuries have chased us since arriving back in the States, but we see that as us just needing to get back to Peru as soon as we can.
We have begun the process of planning our return. We have to plan out the kids schooling, needed materials, household goods, and future items such as clothing, tools, and electronics. If you would like to help us with the materials or funding for the materials that we need, please email us and let us know.
Please pray for safe travels, quick support raising, and a good health. Please feel free to contact us via email or through our Facebook page or our newest addition, Instagram. We have lots of photos there to see. Most importantly, we are thankful for your support. We cannot do what God has asked us to do without you. Thank you!
