Steve Trexler - July 2017 Update
Dear Prayer Partners,
His Lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou has been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord. Matthew 25:21.
This Sunday I will be preaching in Voloblai, a church plant work we helped re-start after it had been closed for several years. A graduate from our first MPA class had been pastoring there until his untimely death. Please pray for us as we are looking for someone to take over that position.
The MPA students left yesterday for their final clinical affiliation which will be in sites throughout Bong County, Liberia (where our school is located). This will be a valuable time for them as they will be challenged with administrative as well as medical decisions. These clinics may well represent the types of places many will be working following their graduation in September.
Many of our students are behind on their tuition payments. We have made the decision that only the students who have paid their tuition will be allowed to participate in the graduation exercise. Those who have not paid their tuition will have their diploma kept in our office until the balance of their tuition is paid at which time they will receive their diplomas.
We are thankful for those of you who have made donations to assist the students with their tuition. The monies sent will be used to cover the outstanding tuition in a way that will help “all” the students in the end unless otherwise stipulated by the donor.
